Q:1 Confirm what the call out charges will be - is there a call out fee?

At dp we do not have a callout charge, but we do offer a minimum charge equivelant to 3 hours.

Q2: Does your contractor comply to all the Health & Safety Industry Standards as well as their engineers?

All our engineers are trained to industry standards, they have attended safety courses. All dp engineers have passport to safety cards and have been trained to operate hydraulic access platforms IPAFF and erect scaffold towers PASSMA.

Q3: Can your contractor attend the site the same day as the call out?

We endeavour to attend site the same day as the callout. With the high availability of engineers and subcontractors that we have, this is always achievable.
